Hi! My name is Blake Gilham, a simple life kind of photographer from central Alabama. They say things move a little slower in the South, and that's just like how I like it. I am married to the most incredible woman in the world, who has given me four of the most amazing children I could have asked for. More importantly, I am a deep believer in Jesus Christ, and am thankful for His grace and mercy in my life.

I grew up in a small town, met a girl and moved away just to end up calling a different small town home. God has taken me on quite and adventure and I have loved every minute of it. I first picked up a camera in 2019, thinking I would just get "good enough" to grab some fun shots of my kids as they grew. I never could have seen how much I would grow to love this craft. To me, there is something special in a photograph. The feeling I get when I look at the photographs in my house is completely unique to me, just like the feelings you feel when you look at yours. That's what I am about. Capturing a moment, just a brief moment, in your life that is completely "you" and special to nobody else. Only you can remember how the sun felt on your face, how the wind felt through your hair. Nobody else can hear the giggle of your children, or feel the warmth of that special someone holding you tight.
